I love all of my clients at Lashes of Luxury, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Need to Cancel?
What You Need to Know
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I will have to charge an administration fee.

Running Late?
Be Considerate
Lashes of Luxury is a very popular Salon. This means I'm usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
If you are more that 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Policy
Please know that there is a no refund policy. However, I am committed to client satisfaction and will do what I can to make things right. If you feel like you need a slight adjustment, notify me within the first 72 hours and I will fix free of charge.
Lash Refill Policy
It is recommended to come in every 2/3 weeks depending on your retention. If you have less then 25 extensions on each eye it will be considered a full set. Proper lash care is key to having long lasting lashes, Ask me how.
